Biography
Hello...my name is Kevin W Halliday.. I was born and raised in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.. I have moved around the province in my working career doing some interesting and challenging jobs.. from Power line clearing (arborist) to power line construction in Saskatchewan..also internal assembly of Padmount Transformers for industrial line distribution. Also supervised a large staff in wholesale distribution warehouse ( Western Grocers) in Saskatoon, and eventually running my own Company Saskatoon from 2006 to 2021 as cross dock warehouse operations doing shipping and receiving where I also obtained my forklift trainer licence( Train the Trainer course)...to certify my own employees to operate forklifts.
And now I am currently working at Saskatchewan polytechnic in Saskatoon as shipping clerk, where I must say I have great support and friendships from co workers and colleagues from other departments who know me well! A Colleague I'm going to quote said he feels all jobs he has had previously led him and prepared him for the job he /we are doing now...I agree! Some of my passions are physical fitness, the Great out doors ,especially Northern Saskatchewan, Hiking and Mountain Biking and Kayaking. I enjoy being a McGyver type person I enjoy doing all my own automotive repairs and renovations and landscape work
